- Please allow up to 3 business days for handling. Though most items will be shipped within 2 business day, many of our larger items need at least 3 business days to determine a pick-up date.
- Likkei Home only ship within the 48 continental states (exclude Hawaii, Alaska, military bases, or U.S. Possessions).
- Delivery takes average 14 days depending on your location, expect shorter transit time for west coast.
- A phone number is needed for the freight company to schedule delivery. If you did not submit a phone number along with your address, please message us directly.
- Driver will contact recipient before delivery, signature is required upon delivery, if the appointment is missed, the carrier will charge a fee for re-delivery.
- Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or delivery in to your home.
- Inspect your order before signing off the receipt. If any damage is spotted, ask the driver to notate on the delivery order before signing it, take a picture of the damage upon delivery.
- You may refuse the order if it appears heavily damaged, please take photos of the damage before the driver leaves in order to expedite the refund / replacement process.
- Delivery address cannot be changed after order is processed and en-route.
- Address change before order is processed is normally restricted, and a fee of minimum $100 will be applied depending on the distance of the new address.
- Customer is responsible for the freight charge if an order is cancelled after shipment is en route, and/or refused upon delivery without reason.
